Gift Certificate FAQ’s

How long does my order take to fulfill?

Standard fulfillment time is 2-8 business days. Your processing time will be determined by your shipping method chosen, and the availability of the product.

The product I want is out of stock. What do I do?

The best thing to do is contact us. We can work with the printing company to find out how long it will take to get in new stock (usually it typically only takes a few days), or see if there is another option available.

I have a Rewards Coupon. How do I use it?

Rewards can be used in the Apparel shop only. When you redeem a perk for our online store, you can log ino your account via our Rewards page (you cannot see coupon codes in the app) and use the code provided in your account to apply your rewards.

Each coupon code can only be used once per customer, and is based on the order total. We do change the coupon codes periodically to account for new points accrual. We do double check rewards redemptions against purchase records, and if a code was used in error we will contact you regarding your order to obtain the balance.

How do I track my order?

When you package is shipped you will get a confirmation email with the tracking information included. You can also use the “Track My Orders” link in the sidebar to see you orders and find out where they are.

What payment methods do you accept?

Our online store uses PayPal to checkout. You do not need a PayPal account in order to make a purchase. You can use their checkout system as a guest, and not need to save any of your information.

How do I handle a return?

Returns need to be sent directly back to the shipping address included with your package. Do not bring them to the studio since we cannot exchange or process returns manually. We use an off site printing company, and they will handle all returns and exchanges.

If you have any questions about or problems with your return, please call us and we will work with you and the printer to get the issue resolved.

How do I get my Gift Certificate?

You have 2 options. Give certificates can be emailed directly to you for printing out and presenting with a card or gift, or you can have the gift certificate emailed to the recipient. We do not mail out physical gift cards.

How much can I put on a Gift Certificate?

Gift cards can be purchased for any amount. Our store offers specific options for certain services, or you can give custom amount, whichever is most convenient for you and you loved one.

Does my Gift Certificate expire?

Yes, but not really. In Massachusetts gift certificates need to be valid for several years before they expire. However, once a service is purchased, our package expiration dates and return policies will apply to that service. If there is a remaining balance on the card, it will be available for use until the gift card expires.

Can the Gift Certificate be used in the apparel store?

Unfortunately, no. Because the gift cards are generated by MindBody and we use a third party printing service, there is no way to synch the two stores in order for the gift cards to be used in the apparel store.

Can I use my rewards to purchase a Gift Certificate?

No. Gift certificates can only be purchased via the MindBody store with a credit or debit card. However, you can refer any friend with an offer for a free class from your Perkville account or Sky High Studios app. And the best part is, if they make a package or membership purchase you get more points!

I bought a Gift Certificate for a service. Can it be used for anything else.

Yes. The package amounts are there as a guide for those who want to buy a gift but are unsure of our regular pricing options. The cash value of the gift card can be used towards any package or private lesson purchase. If you are a regular member and would like to use it towards a month of membership, we will have to apply it manually.

Is a Gift Certificate refundable?

No. Gifts cards are not refundable. We recommend that you review our studio Policies page before making any purchase.
