Sky High Virtual Classes

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Sky High Studios will be bringing you virtual classes, both via live streaming and pre-recorded video content! We are offering a variety of classes designed to keep your strength and movement skills up, while keeping you sane until we can all get back to the studio.

Virtual Class Pricing Options

To make this as easy as possible we have created a variety of pricing options for virtual classes. Packages are for a combination of both live stream and On Demand classes. 

*CURRENT MONTHLY MEMBERS – If you have a current, active membership all virtual content is included with your membership. 

*PACKAGE CLIENTS – Due to the nature of the virtual content, your current class packages will be suspended and you can purchase a virtual class package at the virtual discounted rate.

Live Stream Class Schedule

Our virtual class schedule can be viewed on the schedule page of the website. Once our regular classes are back up and running we will refresh that page with the current classes schedule. 

Live Streaming Class Descriptions

Until MindBody releases their virtual integration tool (hopefully next week!), online classes will be held via WHEREBY. You can download the app or access the virtual fitness room via the link included with your confirmation email. Please see FAQ’s farther down this page for more information.

Aerial Conditioning

Conditioning for aerial can be challenging at home. This class will help you find techniques that will keep your aerial strength up so when you come back you can pick up right where you left off. 

All levels. No equipment required.

Bands & Body Work

Resistance bands are a great way to help grow and maintain strength for all disciplines. You’ll learn some simple, yet challenging exercises that will help keep up your pole and aerial strength at home.

All levels. A set of open bands of varying strengths.

Basic Pole Conditioning

Since some of you have poles at home, we want to make sure you can keep up with your conditioning exercies for when you get back to classes. This class will use a lot of basic conditioning exercises and turn them into a challenging complete pole workout.

All levels. A home pole and a creative attitude! 

Chair Dance

Turn an ordinary chair in your home into the perfect dance prop! All you need is a chair (kitchen, folding, sofa) and some sassy attitude. You will follow along with some great choreography to keep you moving in the comfort of your home.

All levels. Simply need a chair you can move around in easily.


Get bent! Whether you have a lot of flexibility, or none at all, this class will challenge your body. You will focus not only one static stretching, but also active and dynamic stretching to encourage not only flexibility, but also muscle strength and stability.

All levels. Mat and blocks recommended.

Floor Dance

This class will incorporate a vareity of dance styles to improve your comfort and strength with floor based. It will include dance sequences including rolls, leg work and slides. This is a great way to diversify your floor game.

All levels. All you need is about 6 feet of floor space.

Heels Dance

Don’t have a pole at home? No problem! This class will help you practice in your heels using choreography to help strengthen walking, moving, turning and floorwork.

All levels. Heels and some floor space

iHandstand for Beginners

This class is designed to help those looking to start handstands from scratch. As students will be practicing from home, this class will incorporate strategies and techniques that you can safely implement with confidence.

All levels. No equipment required.

iHandstand for Intermediate+

This class is for those that can already do a basic handstand and want to improve their strength, technique, and movement. You will focus on exercises you can safely execute at home to keep developing your strength and skills.

Must be able to hold a basic handstand. No equipment required.

Liquid Motion

Liquid Motion® is a program that teaches how to achieve a seamless and natural movement quality by applying basic dance theory, sensual movement, self-exploration, and body awareness. Through employing and exploring these techniques, you will develop more fluidity, creative combinations, and individual style. We suggest dressing in layers (fitted pants, leg warmers, long sleeves, knee pads) for a more comfortable movement experience. 

All levels. Some floor space to move around.

Mad Fitness Lab

Get ready to turn your home into the Mad Fitness Lab! T.S. will take you through a variety of challenging conditioning exercises, using what you have at home to create a fun, effective, and intense workout experience.

All levels. Mat and blocks recommended – or whatever crazy household items T.S. has you creatively use!

Mindful Movement

Body awareness is essential for keeping up skills. In this class we will employ simple strategies and techniques, both dance and conditioning, you can use at home to develop more body awareness for strength, quality of movement, and connection between your mind and body.

All levels. Mat recommended.

Rollin’ with my homies

Bring your foam roller and get ready to work out the kinks while hanging with your classmates. This class is a combination of learning to effectively and safely implement the roller, while also giving you a chance to see your friends faces.

All levels. Mat and foam roller required.

On Demand Video Content

Pre-recorded content will be provided by your instructors and cover a variety of topics including conditioning, dance, flexibility, dig deep techniques, guided workouts, AND MORE!

Each video will be at least 30 minutes long and available for you to watch over and over again. Videos will be available from now until 30 days after we re-open.

Have requests? We are always looking for new ideas to keep our students engaged and moving. We are happy to take requests for virtual content. Please feel free to use the contact form on the website to email us your ideas!

How do I access video content?

  • Video content will be available via the “Videos” tab in MindBody. You will be able to see a title and description. To view the video click on the link in mindbody and it will bring up the video for you to watch over and over again.
  • This is a new feature, so if you have any difficulties accessing content please let us know.
  • Don’t see a lot right on April 1st? Don’t worry! We will be building our library throughout this time and there will be more to see very soon!

Virtual Class FAQ’s

We know this is going to be an adjustment for everyone and we are here to help! Please read the following carefully and if you have any further questions or if anything is unclear, please feel free to contact us via email and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

What is the difference between live streaming and On Demand content?

Live stream will be a class you access and will take place via video in real time with your instructor. You will be able to see and hear them, ask questions, and see some of your classmates. 

On Demand content are video tutorials that your instructors created ahead of time and are posting for you to access and watch at your convenience. This way you can watch them over and over again as you continue to practice at home. 

How do I register for and attend a live stream class?

Registration is easy! You will register for the class just like you would one of our regular classes. Once you are logged into the room your instructor will check you in just like the would normally. This way you will still recieve your Perkville rewards points for attending the class!

Great news! MindBody will soon be coming out with an integration which will give you access right through your MindBody account. This is expected to be ready by mid-April. Until then, to attend the class you will use the link in your emails. If you can’t find the email your link will be

The link can be accessed either via opening the link in your web browser, or by downloading the Whereby app for either apple or andriod and entering the link. You do not need to create an account to access the room. Simply enter the link when prompted and you will be let in. 

Will I be charged a late fee or no show charge if I can't make a live stream class?

Not at the moment. However, your instructors do still plan based on who is registered for the class. Please respect the time your instructor is taking to do these classes for you and do not take advantage of this policy. If it becomes a problem, we may change this policy. 

Does the 5 minute late arrival rule apply to live stream classes?

Yes. Warmups are still included with these classes and it’s important that you are on time. Once the class is 5 minutes in your instructor has the option to lock the room and you will not be allowed in. Even though you are working out from home, we still want to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience. 

How do I access On Demand video content?

In order to access videos you will need to log into your mindbody account via your web browser on either your computer or mobile device. We are working to bring you that content via the Sky High app but do not yet have that integrated. You can access your MindBody account via your browser HERE.

*If you are accessing On Demand content via your mobile browser you must have your pop-up blocker disabled.


How does my package apply to On Demand video classes?

Each link counts as a class and will be deducted from your class package as if you had taken a live streaming class. However, you will have access to this class inside your MindBody account to watch over and over again. 

The best part is you can use the package for both live-stream classes and video content. You choose what works best for you. 

If you have the 1-month unlimited you will have access to the entire live streaming schedule and video content. 

Do I need to be an existing student at Sky High to purchase this content?

NOPE! This content is for everyone. This is a time when connection is needed the most and this is an opportunity for us to meet new people from all over the world. Please join us and be a part of our expanded community! 

I have a membership but needed to put it on hold. Can I still access this content?

No. If you put your membership on hold virtual classes will be treated the same way as our regular classes. We encourage you to purchase a 5 class package in the meantime to get you a few classes until we can get back to normal.

What will happen with my class virtual class package/membership when the studio reopens?

If you have unused classes on your package you will still be able to redeem those sessions for On Demand video content as those will be available for up to 30 days after the studio reopens.

If you have a membership, you will still be able to use it towards On Demand video content as well once live classes resume. Once classes restart, you will be able to access On Demand video content for an additional 30 days.

In the event that we are able to reopen much sooner than anticipated and you have made a recent purchase, we will adjust packages on a case by case basis. 

When does Sky High Studios anticipate reopening?

We hope sooner than later, but we are following the situation closely and following the guidance of our state and local governments. As the national social distancing recommendations have been extended through April 30th, we are anticipating a reopening date sometime in May. We will alert everyone via email as soon as we know and will have a plan to get everyone back into the swing of things smoothly.
