About Dash

After trying everything from embalming to party planning and a few degrees later Dashiell decided to scrap it all and focus on her love of fitness. She teaches Power Yoga, Yin, Pole Fitness, Calisthenics and Basic Parkour principles. Dashiell focuses on fitness fundamentals to help students achieve confidence, strength, and power that will guide them beyond the gym. She received her 200hr Yoga Teacher Training with Wild Abundant Life, a Yoga Alliance accredited program. She believes the best way to be a good teacher is to be a good student.

How She Got Started:


Pole fitness helped build my confidence and change my body. After finding pole, I quit my job and opened my own business, haven’t looked back since!
